Product Information

BrightForge Labs creates and sells 3D printed products. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, dimensions, and finish may occur. These variations are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and material availability.

Intended Use

Products sold by BrightForge Labs are intended only for their specified purposes. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.

Our products are not certified for safety-critical, medical, structural, or life-support applications unless explicitly stated in writing.

Children's Products

Certain products may be intended for educational or classroom use. Adult supervision is recommended whenever products contain small parts that may present a choking hazard to young children.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with age recommendations and safety guidelines.

Intellectual Property

Custom Orders

Customers submitting custom designs, logos, text, or artwork represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted content.

BrightForge Labs reserves the right to refuse any custom order that may infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightForge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a purchased product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

Product Modifications

Any modification, alteration, misuse, improper installation, or use outside of the intended purpose voids any warranties or guarantees that may otherwise apply.

Availability and Pricing

BrightForge Labs reserves the right to modify product offerings, pricing, specifications, colors, and availability without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or violations of our policies.
